Elizabeth Fogarty Ph.D.
Elizabeth Fogarty, Ph.D., is a lecturer in literacy education at the University of Minnesota. She obtained a master's degree in talent development and gifted education from Minnesota State, Mankato and a Ph.D. in educational psychology from The University of Connecticut focusing on gifted education. Her research interests include talented readers, differentiation, and teacher effectiveness.
