Mark Hess
Mark Hess has spent more than 30 years teaching gifted learners. He is a gifted program specialist, president of Pikes Peak Association for Gifted Students, state board member for the Colorado Association for Gifted and Talented, and member of the editorial committee of Supporting Emotional Needs of the Gifted. Mark has published more than 225 units with Portable Gifted and Talented.
