WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR...
Nonfiction: For general nonfiction, I am open and interested across categories but specifi cally interested in issue driven works with a narrative slant OR nonfi ction works with gift and packaging opportunities. Anything slightly wonky that might lend itself to calendar or other products. For Simple Truths, I am specifi cally interested in business titles by writers who connect with their audience through the warm aspects of business…team development, leadership, inspiration: more than just the bottom line. I’m particularly looking for business lifestyle; intelligent self-help/inspiration titles with a unique hook and the possibility for playful design elements; gift books that align to elements of positive outlooks, positive growth of individuals (including humor and inspiration).

In the world of inspirational nonfiction, fairly obsessed with everything by Brené Brown and Glennon Doyle along with most of the world. In fiction, I love fantasy works, especially in YA from authors such as Laini Taylor and Rin Chupeco, and then I am a voracious romance reader --- I adore Queen Nora (Roberts). And finally, as a mom of two, in the children’s book space we are routine readers of all the Sesame, Little Blue Truck, and Llama Llama titles.
