The internship at Sourcebooks is a hands-on, intensive experience that aims to give you the tools you need to pursue a career in book publishing. Named after a cherished member of our publishing family, former intern Ravina Thakkar, this internship emulates the broad curiosity that Ravina brought to Sourcebooks. Publishing is often viewed through the lens of its vital editorial work, but our industry is so much more than just this one area. Our interns work on a variety of projects across multiple departments. In this immersive environment you’ll work not only with editorial staff but also with colleagues in marketing, content delivery, data, design, and more.

Right now, we’re overhauling our internship program and making some improvements! The publishing industry is changing almost daily, and our business evolves along with it.
