Sourcebooks offers a fully remote, paid editorial training program for BIPOC editors, designed to provide a broad overview of the day-to-day work of an editor. Broken down into three parts, the training program combines key editorial skills with valuable hands-on experience, guiding trainees through the editorial process while also giving them an opportunity to add a live project to their resume.
