Shipping and Returns
Orders can only ship to valid United States delivery addresses and Puerto Rico. Sourcebooks, LLC is unable to sell products/materials internationally at this time. This includes books, calendars, and all electronic material. We provide the following shipping options for your convenience:

Standard Delivery is available to all 50 United States and Puerto Rico. Orders are typically filled within two business days after we receive them. Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days for delivery. Shipping times are generally:
1-2 days to: WI
2-3 days to: IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, MN, NE, NY, OH, TN, WV
3-4 days to: AL, AR, CT, DE, GA, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MS, NC, ND, NH, NJ, OK, PA, PR, RI, SC, SD, VA, VT
4-5 days to: AK, AZ, CA, CO, FL, HI, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, TX, UT, WA, WY
Most orders will be sent via UPS Ground, but some will be shipped Fed Ex. We always use a trackable shipping method. Delivery is not available to PO Boxes.
Expedited shipping is available as Next Day, 2 Day, or 3 Day and will ship either the day the order is placed (if it is placed before 11am CST) or the next business day. So if you place an order for an overnight shipment at noon on Monday, it will ship out overnight on Tuesday.
*Orders MUST be placed by 11 A.M. CT to be eligible for delivery the next business day. Next day orders placed before 11 A.M. CT on Friday will not be delivered Saturday, they will be delivered on the following Monday. Also, Next Day orders placed on the weekend will not go out until Monday. Next Day delivery will apply only to the first shipment of in-stock items. Subsequent backorder or pre-orders shipments will be sent via Standard Delivery.

Returns and Exchanges for Web Orders
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our return policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply.
While most items are returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines:
Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or misshipped item, please contact customer service.
Proper Conditions for Return and Credit
You may return new, unused books and calendars within 14* days of receipt from UPS/USPS. Please call our Customer Service department at 800.432.7444 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. CST for a return authorization. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization. Refund of the purchase price and sales tax only will be issued.** Credit will be issued upon receipt and acceptance of returned item. We reserve the right to deny returns if the product is returned in poor condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed for all returned items.
*14 days is calculated from the receipt confirmation from parcel carrier.
** Shipping costs are not refunded.
Digital content including E-books and forms from sourcebooks.com is not returnable/refundable.
