About the Author

Robin Miller has a master's degree in food and nutrition and is host of the Food Network show Quick Fix Meals with Robin Miller. As a freelance food consultant and spokesperson, Robin has appeared on local and national television, including CBS's This Morning, NBC's Today Show, and ABC News. Robin has written recipes for Campbell's Soup Company, Weight Watcher's Food Company, Cooking Light, Health, Men's Fitness, Quaker, Uncle Ben's Rice, Del Monte Foods, SlimFast, California Prunes, Hamilton Beach, Equal/Nutrasweet, Bisquick, Family Circle, Nathalie Dupree, Mr. Coffee, T-Fal and Braun. Currently, she appears regularly on network and cable television.
